30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@cuirae.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Sale Items and Exceptions
Discounted or sale-priced items are eligible for our 30-day return policy unless the product was clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase. Gift cards and personalized or custom-made items are not returnable. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
