This bag is made from top-grain leather, which is real cowhide. It's not bonded leather (ground-up scraps pressed together) and it's not synthetic "vegan leather" (which is plastic). Returns
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.

Our warranty covers faults related to production, including stitching, hardware, and material defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any modifications made after purchase.
