Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on orders over $89

  • Standard Shipping for orders under $89: $10

Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days

  • Standard air mail delivery usually takes 10–15 business days for most destinations

  • In some cases, air mail delivery may take up to 40 business days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions

  • United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Netherlands: 10–15 days

  • Spain, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Austria, Japan, Belgium, India, Ireland, Turkey, Portugal, Czech Republic, Serbia, Nigeria, Luxembourg, Thailand, Malta, Estonia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Oman, Azerbaijan, Iceland, Albania, New Zealand, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Switzerland, Denmark, Croatia, Canada: 10–20 days

  • Russia, Slovakia, Morocco, Romania, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Finland, Hungary, United Arab Emirates: 10–25 days

Delivery times are calculated from the date the package leaves our warehouse.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Cuirae does not charge any hidden taxes, VAT, or additional fees at checkout. The amount you pay at checkout includes the product subtotal and shipping fee only.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be charged by your local customs authority, and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Tax policies vary by country and may apply depending on the product type and declared value.

If Your Package Is Held by Customs

If your package is detained by customs, we will usually notify you by email and ask you to contact your local customs office.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange either:

  • reshipping the order, or

  • refunding the payment to your PayPal account

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, our shipping partners do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. This may delay delivery.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can check the delivery status.

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can help update the address. Once the package is already in transit, the address can no longer be changed. In that case, please contact your local logistics provider for assistance.
