To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@cuirae.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Sale Items and Exceptions

Discounted or sale-priced items are eligible for our 30-day return policy unless the product was clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase. Gift cards and personalized or custom-made items are not returnable. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
