Returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.

Our warranty covers faults related to production, including stitching, hardware, and material defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any modifications made after purchase.

To request a warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase is required. Items must be purchased directly from Cuirae.
