Returns

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact Regina by email: support@cuirae.com to get a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.

All return orders (including exchange purchases) are charged a shipping fee and tax, and refunds of returned products will have a flat-rate return label fee deducted from their total.


As we do not accept items for exchange via post, any eligible items received via post will be automatically returned.

At Cuirae, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Your purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies when the product is used as intended and handled with care. To preserve its structure and finish, we recommend avoiding overfilling or placing items in compartments not designed for them, as this may cause stretching or damage over time.

Our warranty covers faults related to production, including stitching, hardware, and material defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any modifications made after purchase.
